Are there any mapping applications/software that would be compatible with the Autel platform and dronesense? Specifically, something that could store and map large projects.

All of the major names in photogrammetry will intake any geotagged photos with appropriate metadata from any drone. The software doesn't care what drone took the picture. DroneDeploy, Pix4d, etc.

If you're looking for software that will create the mission, upload it to the drone, and interact with the drone operating it on the fly live, I don't believe anyone has made that for Autel drones. Some software will do that for some DJI drones.
