Smart controller V3 PC for data transfer

I have a smart controller V3 and I was hoping to connect it to a PC to retrieve screen recordings. When I connect it it just says USB debugging enabled and doesn't give me any file transfer options.

Anybody have any experience with this? I searched the form but didn't come up with anything...

I found the answer...
in settings search use USB for or find it under connected devices>usb preferences. default is for tethering internet, changed to file transfer and it shows up in my computer as RCPac
