Smart Controller disconnects when charging

Is it possible to field charge the Smart Controller v2 while flying? Every time I connect a USB (battery, laptop, desktop, wall charger), the vehicle disconnects. Tried multiple cables.

It does seem to stay connected when using the factory 65w charger.

No. It's a known deficiency. It probably can be fixed with firmware. So send in a notice to [email protected] and ask for them to fix it…!

The squeaky wheel, and all that.
