I hear what you're saying... the issue is that 100 people will have 200 different opinions. I'm always reminded of the saying; "A camel is a horse designed by committee"

I understand how that can sometimes happen, but there is a lot to be said for strength in numbers (idea's). I'm of the mind-set the more input on a subject the better. Yes it may take more work to sift through the information, but the quality of the end result is typically better IMO.
