Police handcuff, detain and ticket Part 107 Pilot under aircraft ordinance that does not apply

I was joking in that regard - but yes - you seen how quick the officer cuffed him? That could have easily been a gun drawn and drone pilot dead.

All he could have been doing is reaching/pulling something out of his pocket, trying to further explain the law and the officers could have took this to a whole other level... happens more often in recent years than people realize.

So was I.

Luckily it didn't get there. He didn't show any type of physical hostility that would require the police to be in the lookout. He just wanted to win his argument, to augment his ego further. This time he clearly lost. I learned early in life that it's better to lose a battle and win the war at the end.

Maybe he was trying to be like S.H.A.R.K

This is a form of corruption -- police forces answering to Corporations and refusing to answer the citizens they are sworn to protect. Sad it has become OK for Corporations to act above the law themselves. They SHOULD never have access to your personal information -- they aren't anyone special. LoL
