"Objects Above Drone" Warning when Nothing Is Above Drone

While testing new tablet today, noticed I was getting lots of "objects above aircraft" (not verbatim) warnings and wouldn't let the a/c fly higher. Turning off the collision avoidance allows me to fly higher but still get the warnings. Evo 2 Pro V1

If I place something above the aircraft while hovering...I get the warning too.

I get them all the time, but they have never prevented me from flying higher. Middle of the ocean, bright sunlight is usually when I get them the most.

Thanks...I'd never seen that before...it was a very bright day today...

It's a sensor issue. I have got them before but they seemed fixed in an update if I remember
