No video transmission

Good Morning has anyone experienced this issue?
i got a replacement Evo2 v3 ent 640t dual on Nov 1st 2024. completed a test flight and everything was good.
Yesterday i go out to fly and have no feed from the camera (visual or thermal). so i check and there's a new firmware out. The android firmware on the smart controller and app update fine. the drone fails to take firmware update OTA. when i put in an SD card with only the firmware folder from autels website it seems to go through the update process but after reset it wants to do it again and its an endless loop. the camera feed never comes back either.

This might be a long shot, but change the microSD card. It happened to me with my EVO Lite+ and the video feed returned when I used a different microSD card.

Try another cable

Sure you removed the SD card after the update completed, otherwise it will reboot and run the update again,,,, If the update is not completing try a new hi-speed SD card.
