No reports generated on AutelIRTool

Hello,

New owner of an AutelMax 4T. I tested its IR capabilities yesterday, and it was great, but the AutelIRTool fails to generate the Word file report. It does export CSV format but not Word. Has anybody else tried using the software successfully?

I have not had any luck using the AutelIRTool. I'm at the point that I would try a different software solution if I knew of one to try.

I had a similar issue and the program altered the normal.dot file in word. What I found was I could minimize or close out of the tool and it would be behind the window. It took a while to figure this out, but once I did, I was then able to save a word report and edit the parameters of the word file report.
