Anyone hear anything about a new firmware update for the thermal issues some are having on the XE? Customer service claims one is coming within this month. I have a few others that have contacted me about them having the same issue but others that theirs has been flawless. Hoping CS actually knows what they are talking about or again, they are just the puppets of the mainland and saying what they are told to say. I heard this on my former 4t with a connection issue and after a month, no new firmware, but a replacement with the less capable XE…. Which I finally unboxed and found out…. GREAT their latest refurb became another one of my headaches. Bravo Autel. You did it to me again.
