Just need some additional eyes on this, to see if I have any glaring omissions... ?

I always get my guys to include checking your environment. Take note of where people could approach and cause a hazard. Note trees etc. Have an idea of emergency landing zones

a seperate risk assessment check list can be a good idea.

Nice, You my also add weather check....you wouldn't want a popup shower in the middle of a flight!

OK, I have made some changes, and have saved this PDF as an interactive PDF, with fillable checkboxes. Updated file is now linked in the first post. Feel free to use at will.

You do not want to resave the file... do not save changes and it will simply revert to an unchecked form. If you want to keep a record of checklists, print the filled out form and select adding date / timestamps to the footer, in the standard print dialog box.
