Talked to Frank and he said to just email them or a PM on facebook or call them and they will email you an invoice for $20 to pay online - same process as the site.

EDIT: They just changed it on the site to make it easier. What a great company to buy stuff from.

I went into checkout without buying.

The shipping cost was $11.60 for USPS Priority mail for a total cost of $31.60. Pretty good price as cases go.
