How To Orbit

I haven't used this function before, so please excuse the "newbiness" of it
Anyway, I want to fly my Evo out, say, 900 feet from launch location and then orbit a large building. So, how do I do this? I want the orbit to be the center of the building, with a radius enough from the center to be able to photograph the whole thing, that is, with the camera always facing the center of the circle.
Can I do this? If so, can you give detailed instructions? Thanks.

That helped a lot. Thank you. But as a followon question, if I choose the MAP option to orbit, will it automatically fly to the location I chose on the map after I launch and then commence the orbit?

YES. .
To launch the mission, the Evo must be in the air> 10 m in height.
