It sounds like a good day to get to know Starlinks. Autel has a ton of YouTube tutorials that are excellent for rainy days.

Perfect day for tutorials! I think I've gone through almost all them.

One strange thing, when I registered my aircraft through the app the registration date showed 12/5/16 instead of today?
I emailed support and they said that was strange and asked I send them proof of purchase, which I did. I haven't heard back yet. This was advertised as new, I hope it is. It looked new, but I don't know how to tell a refurbished from a new model.

Mine was refurbished & appeared to be brand new, however, the serial number was not accepted when I tried to register it. The product does not exist. Please check the information you entered.

I contacted Autel & they issued a different number than is on the side of the XSP.

This is different than what you are experiencing-- unless they change the serial number.

At least they got you taken care of. I'll wait and see what Autel says. Worst case it was falsely advertised and I'll have to send it back, and I won't even get to fly it

Aloha from Hilo, Hawaii! I’ve learned a bunch from the folks on this forum who have many more flight hours than I do.

I’d take the rainy period to really familiarize yourself with the Starlink App and read the manual —again. Something I didn’t do as well as I should have...

We all get excited and just want to FLY! ...until you realize you don’t know as much as you should, and reach for the home button! LOL...
