Firmware update failure

I got an evo 2 enterprise and am looking forward to flying it. I can not get the UAV firmware update to work, every time I try it fails. Could anyone offer advice?

Hi can anyone please help with a firmware update that failed .the Evo just beeps now and if I try and upgrade again it just hangs at 99%

Firmware upgrade: use the aute explorer app to enter the smart camera image transmission interface, the upper right corner gear --> open settings --> general --> about -- firmware version

Hi yiyunet the problem I have now is the controller can't connect to drone .
If I try the SD card upgrade it will show upgrade progress on controller but hangs at 99%
