is there a way to get the Autel Evo to how Altitude in the details section of information. All my pictures have Lat/Long but no Altitude! I want to use it for a project using Dronedeploy but it needs Altitude listed in exif file to process.

So ever since I purchased my Evo, when I took a photograph, it would indicate GPS coordinates, but show Altitude as 0. I figured it was normal from the Evos to do this, since I don't know anyone else who owns an Evo to compare. Today I contacted Autel to find out if there was a way to activate...

Thank you, From these posts it appears my evo is broken! It displays 0 for altitude on all pictures.

I had the same problem with my Evo. The first 3 months I would get 0' as altitude. What I did was send it to Autel for repairs. After that, I have had no problems.
