Hello, I've just bought an EVOmax 4T/4N and after installing the fusion 4N camera, the drone recognizes the camera because the check is done at startup but then I have nothing on the screen, no image, can anyone tell me why?

For that kind of money, I would be on the phone talking to the seller and soon.

Probably the same problem I had.. someting to do with the upgrading failing ? apparently this is a fairly common problem . I had a 3 month nightmare and only after reporting the seller to Paypal, did I manage to get my money back and bought a DJI Matrice 4T ....not had a single issue !

If you go back to the 4T camera is everything OK?

You may want to ask one some of the 4t/4n specific facebook groups. Those tend to see more traffic from folks who can help. I've had some weird firmware issues sorted by people there. some of them work for drone companies in China or have no problems taking things apart, breaking them and fixing them so they know how they work. :)

This sounds like it could be a firmware issue, likely you'll have to make sure the drone is fully upgraded as well as the gimbals. But, what I don't know is what order the updates need to be done.

When you post again (either here or on a FB Group) send in all the firmware version info you have from your controller for aircraft, controller, and gimbal. Also I'd do that with both the 4T and 4N gimbals attached (see if it's even reading the gimbal at all).

Also, definitely talk to the seller. The 4n/4t combo isn't a 'normal' package that I know of (tho I think I got my 4T from the same seller you did, there was only 1 I remember doing it) so there may be some changes or whatnot that has to be done in the controller.
