Evo Lite Plus GPS locked

Hi everyone I am new to Autel and new to this forum,after waiting for month's to receive my Evo Lite plus but I was setting it up and registering I had a message saying no GPS and visual positioning with a Telly message saying To Unlock, which takes me to another screen no option to unlo ck.
I struggled for days to update the firmware and eventually succeeded but still no GPS.I have tried tow different iPhones and a brand new IPad mini to no avail, location services are turned on for all the devices and for Autel Sky.
I have to2 other DJI drones and have no problems with GPS or getting up to 19 satellites
Has anyone else had this problem or have I got a very expensive paperweight.

If you are indoors it will not find stalleites. It gives you the option to unlock Atti mode, which is flying without GPS but note that in Atti the drone will drift in the wind and RTH will not work.
