Hello, not sure if anyone can help me but I recently purchased a v1 smart controller for my evo ii. Flew it fine out of the box and then was prompted to update. After updating the AC and RC the drone will not connect. I have the most recent version of the app on the RC. I attempted to manually update the AC with an SD card and it has been flashing the yellow and red lens for approximately an hour. Help is much appreciated

I have the same appliances and it did take me multiple efforts and over 2-3 days to get all parts to handshake. The updating process seems less straight forward then, say, an iPhone. I got the feeling that it was both a tad glitchy and that everything had to be 'just perfect' for the stars to align. I attempted both wifi as well as SD card updating methods, but since it has been a couple of months now, I don't remember which it was that finally 'took.'
