Evo 2 V2 Thermal Camera Cuts Out Every 60 Seconds

Got a new Evo 2 V2 with thermal. The thermal camera appears to turn off and back on every 60 seconds. I can hear an audible shutter and the video feed to the controller and SD cut out for 1 second for the camera to recover.

Is this normal or should I contact Autel?

Yes, that is perfectly normal for all thermal cameras I am familiar with, including my Evo II v2. For whatever reason thermal cameras need to "recalibrate" very often to keep within the proper range. A bit distracting for sure but it is normal. I make sure I am not moving in close quarters when in thermal mode!
