Hello all from a newbie and new to the world of drones
I have just received my new Evo Lite plus and have it set up. Only flown it once due to bad weather.
I made a mistake and entered an incorrect Serial no when registering with Autel. I inadvertently used the wrong no from the back of the packing box. The Autel page accepted it as a valid number but I can't access the "Device Management" section in the Sky app as the number I used does not agree with the Serial No that the Sky App is reading from the drone itself which agrees with the number I should have used from the packing box.
Does anybody know how I can rectify my silly mistake as I can't seem to get around it on the Autel website.
