One thing to note is the course lock was taken out in one of the firmware updates. I think it had something to do with upgrading the waypoints option but I am not sure. Anyways you will find it does not work anymore.

I don't remember it not working for me after the updates, although I almost never used it.

One of the members emailed support about it as he wanted to use it but they told him it was removed in the firmware update.

They should release another update making use of that switch then. Possibly a sport mode or something similar. Waste of a switch.

They should do a lot of things but they do not.
