I've asked this question to Autel support several times and for some reason, they never answer it.
Does Autel Care cover a drone that gets irretrievably stuck in a high tree or building?

you said your drone crashed and sank to the bottom of a lake never to be found again and autel care replaced it. sounds like you have one more chance to call on autel care if your drone gets stuck atop a tree or lands on top of a tall building never to be found again.

The question is does Autel Care cover drones that are not recoverable.. Sounds possible but i would assume there is an additional fee for the lack of a core unit to exchange for..
It's my understanding they have a separate insurance that cover flyaways which are not covered under Autel Care. I'm just wondering if it got stuck in a tree or on a tall building if that would be the same as a flyaway, as far as their coverage goes. It's simply a hypothetical question but it's something I'm curious about.
