Autel was taken during a hotter day of time, but still, look at the resolution.......... same on the Autel PC Tool and DJI PC Tool,
well, actually on the DJI tool it even looks worse than this.....

Which Autel thermal camera is that? The FLIR (640R) or the Chinese (640T) model? Are those symetrical warm spots on each panel a piece of electrical equipment that gets warm?

640T IRay, yes warm spots with a very small temp diff, nothing to worry about.
the 640T IRay resolution is better than the 640R also.

Very curious how well the non-FLIR camera and application work in the industry? Is this the kind of thing where the entire industry, on the ground and in the air, uses FLIR sensors and FLIR software, except for Autel? Or is what Autel provides compatible and used regularly in the industry?

I´m new @ this but Infiray is main Infrared chip producer good price Chip for surveillance with drones or fix cameras, Industry and mow a days Car interfaces.
For Thermal inspections in Electric where you need thermal acure information the SDK and software and who nows sensor is the issue.. But Price is LOW that is why avery one is using infiray or similar.

DJI and Autel both use non-Flir Sensors

Can we make string route way Points start, end and when we need to change batteries thoes drone "Autel" comes home and return where it ended .
