Controller command stick has become loose

While flying this week the left command stick became loose and was unusable. Used home function to get it back as it was moving to the right since the left movement was not functioning. Can someone give me some options to fix the controller or do I send it back for repair, or just buy another one?

Send it back if it's under warranty.

In addition, if you are inclined and want to spend the money, you can purchase a second remote and then will have two remotes when your repaired one comes back. This gives you; a spare remote if needed and/or a "secondary" remote that can also be paired to the drone. My understanding is that that allows you to have a primary (teacher) and secondary (student) setup.
