Compatibility with smart controller v2

I got EVO 2 Dual 640t V3 and old Smart Controller v2 (7.9-Inch). I tried to connect them (unsuccessfully). Is it possible to pair them?

afaik, v2 equipment is not compatible with v3 equipment. you'll need to match the versions exactly
