Cannot Find Pictures or Videos After Download

I am a new autel pilot. I have an Autel Evo. My question is when i am done flying and prior to shutting off the drone and remote i download the pictures and video. It is showing download successful but i can not find them on my phone whisk is still connected. Can anyone give me an idea where to look. Thanks in advance

What type of phone are you using and did you give it permission to your photo library when it asked?
