I can't find a way to adjust curves for joystick response? Is there a way to do this? Thanks for any help.

In IOS, you can adjust the left/right yaw speed stick curve via the EXP setting which you'll find under Settings/Flight Control/Advanced.
I think there are more options available in Precision Mode but this is currently only found in the new Android app. It is due to be ported to the IOS app but there is no timeline for it.
