I have a Evo 2 Dual
640R Enterprise V2
It’s showing me an update, can’t get to download
Autel sent me the info but still no good
I need to send it to them for this problem, don’t want to do it but I need to.
Can anyone help

what exactly is going on? i gather you cant do the OTA update correct? did you try a manual SD card update?

I tried to delete the old explorer app to the v2 explorer app
And was not able to
Even with the instructions given to me by
Autel
I was not able to delete the old version
And the new v2 version did not want to load

oh, ok, im thinking base android OS system problem..

well... i had some issues after the recent update and my drone is headed to autel for diagnosis.. but, with my similar problem on the explorer app, and went into the APPs section of the android OS, found explorer and top right had 3 dots, i didnt have the option to uninstall at first, just to uninstall update, so i did, and then it gave me the option to uninstall the app, which i cringed at, so i retried to update the app to latest version and it recovered and worked fine after.. some small issues but was workable until other issues with the aircraft came to light so off the drone went to autel.. but sas far as the app, try it.. nothing to lose

Autel has been great with me.. so dont believe everything you see about bad cust svc..

It won’t let me
So off to Autel
I wonder if you can install both versions on this controller
And use it for different drones
