The Commission is unlikely to enforce any exclusion order or cease-and-desist order based on the three invalid patents. DJI’s sales in the U.S., therefore, will not be affected by Autel’s claims.

Doesn't look like DJI is going down in flames as some had predicted.
 
Maybe common sense prevailed; negating the need for DJI to shell out anything at all to lobbyists!

That makes no sense to me whatsoever. So, Autel are lobbyists because they fought against the big guy? These two have been in the courts a few times but usually the other way around with DJI trying to shut down Autel. Sounds pretty good to me to see someone standing up to the bully.
