Blurry image

Hello All,
I've just received a new EVO 2 6K drone. When I tested it I always get a blurry image after some seconds of flight.
Has anyone already experienced this issue ?

Post a pics and a screenrecord of the issue.
Have you upgraded the fw version to latest 2.5.12?

Maybe you are in Manual Focus, in this case you need In manual focus mode, open this function and click the Center Point on the
screen, the area will be enlarged and display for 3s to help check the clarity.
It is a camera that needs the focus to be done before shooting and sometimes even the focus gets lost during flight. You have to think about locking it.

Hopefully you have removed any protective plastic on the lens? It does happen is why I asked.

...unfortunately I wasn't in manual focus mode. I will send it back to Amazon and order another one :-(
