Bitrate variable at change iso

Hi at all ,
I have see a change bit rate in file video to 107mbs at iso 100 to 400 and a decrease to 800 to 6400 iso at 24,3
is how possible it?

Interesting result, what app are you analyzing it with? First thought was the Evo processor has performed a lot of heavy lifting in .jpg noise-reduction, also reduced dynamic range in higher ISOs that might be contributing factors?
