Battery charger buzzing

This is the first time I'm charging the battery.
Plugged it into the wall and there is a low dim buzz coming from the brick itself?

Is that normal..it is in continuously

Yes it is normal. Not all chargers make the noise. Autel will tell you that is normal as long as it is not hot to the touch. By the way the question has been asked at least 6 or 8 times and using the search option would have answered your question. Thats why we have it.
