It;s internet thing, they said on their facebook page they where working on it. That was around 11 AM eastern time. I would say someone forgot to pay the bill

I do not see anything on their FB page to indicate that they know about the website being down.

No one is picking up their customer support phone line either!!!!!

Has anyone been able to find out exactly what happened to Autel yesterday. I know the site is back up but no explanation.

Agustine, as soon as I saw your post, I went to Autel's website. It came up fine. This was at 10:17 EST.

Just saw a post on facebook from someone named Misty from Autel. Said their system was down for routine maintenance and not to worry.
