Autel Failing to Ship Order

One week ago today I placed an order for a replacement remote for my Evo II Pro. I paid for 2 day shipping.

Two phone calls later, I've been refunded the shipping costs, and still the order has not shipped.

Perhaps someone in this group could go check on the guys and gals at the warehouse? Are they ok? Did someone get stranded somewhere between the warehouse building and the mailbox?

I'll just be sitting here looking at jobs I cannot do with my Evo, suffering through another project with DJI.

Really tho...WTH Autel?
