Another Good Interview With CEO Randall Warnas

Seems like a genuine cool guy who hopefully will bring Autel to greatness. He is bringing in new blood and changing culture. Did reply to my email after the podcast on my concerns with the obsolescence of my new SC and did he mean what he said about providing a new SC when a new airframe is purchased that is not compatible

Does every new EVO customer know that? Is it on the EVO website somewhere? Is it on vendors' websites? If not, why not?
no, every evo customer does not know that.

probably because it is more of a retroactive policy rather than a call to action.
if you find yourself in a bind and you complain, this is what we'll do for you.
but until the plan is finalized, we won't know exactly what that is.
why don't you buy a v2 airframe and then call up autel and tell them you have your v1 sc that is not compatible and you can't fly....see what they say? they can get all your details and work out something for you. ;). however, I doubt they'll post your solution on the website and basically tell the public to "go for it." that isn't necessary since it's more of an exception rather than rule imho.
