Hi, I had interest in running Sky on a DeGoogled android phone with no playstore.
One of many advantages is I don't get the annoying voice notifications.
Prerequisites: knowledge of adb (Android Debug Bridge) and common utilities like zip/unzip.

0) I obtained the .apk from one of the popular apk mirror sites.
- Knowing that this itself could involve exposing me to malware.
- Comparing filesizes and hashes between versions to try to detect malware insertions.
1) Renamed Autel_Sky_1.3.25.apk to Autel_Sky_1.3.25.zip
2) Created a new empty directory and moved the .zip to it
3) Unzipped it
4) Connected android phone, started adb daemon and installed with
This gave me working Sky App with english language texts. I do not need other languages.
If anyone knows how to bypass annoying activation whenever I install Sky App to a new device, please let me know.
