6K gimbal dont focus

Hello everyone, since I bought the 6k camera for my drone it does not focus, the images are blurry in AF and MF, I have tried to contact the company but I have not received a response.
My question is if anyone knows a solution or has had this same problem.

Did you find a solution with the blurred images ? Because I have the same problem.

Most likely I will have to change the gimbal, at least that's what the factory tells me.

Hi camiloas
I couldn't find a solution so I send it back to service center in Germany under warranty. They haven't received the drone yet. I will let now when they will get back to me
