How did you manage to download the update file as it hasn't been updated on the Autel website as yet and will not download wirelessly?

Have you removed the Antennas at any point? Check if the Antenna connectors are not damaged in any way. You could also try to re connect the controller to the drone.

What is a reliable website for APK downloads for the Smart Controller SE and has anyone downloaded any 3rd party APPs on this controller such as UAV Forecast, ok2fly?

It has also added Slow (10.8km/h) in the Speed Mode.
