Autels Service Department is the size of a Porta-potty. DJI has 2 buildings 44 and 40 stories high. No issues with DJI.

Autels treatment of EVO 2 PRO V1 users is deplorable. I have a 24 month old V1 patiently waiting for a fix to the stop and go waypoint missions which I found a pain in the butt. Finally, they fix it and then decide to leave those with a 2 yr. old drone behind.

This issue started nearly 2 years ago and has not changed. I don't see any signs of it changing. Autel made a big mistake opening a US office the size of a postage stamp to try and fool the public and pretend Autel drones were an American product. It aint. 100% Chinese. If you don't like that...

I had a very similar experience but was able to land it on the ground. Same messages. The issue was the battery. One cell was lower than the others. After many emails and unanswered phone calls, they replaced the relativity new battery. No charge. As mentioned before on this site, I am on...

I for one am on HOLD with Autel products until they can service what they have already sold. A few good service stories and thousands of bad ones.

100% correct.... I love the products but I quit buying 15 months ago waiting to see any improvements. Currently, there is no way I would buy Autel products and I question how much longer they will even be in business.....😟

V2 smart controller does not work with V1 drone

No. Only available briefly 1 1/2 years ago.... If you want a smart controller, if you can, return your purchase and buy a V2. Seems a little fishy the box says V2....

My bundle did not come with filters. I have nearly 200 flights on the EVO 2 without filters. I can do most of what I want in post. Spend the money to buy brand name SD cards. I use SanDisk Extreme PRO 256K cards. Make sure you purchase very fast WRITE speed (not READ speed). You have an option...

Autel Service update ..... I posted earlier regarding in inability to contact Autel regarding a defective battery. Just to let everyone know that Autel sent me a new battery ... promptly ...no charge, prepaid once communications opened up...

A little over 2 weeks for me to get an email response . Could not get through by phone. My problem was rectified promptly when communication opened up. I'm guessing they are just short staffed or overwhelmed.
