Great news. Mine is in Germany for repair and today i received an email to say they are replacing the aircraft.

Thanks everyone, i’ve tried getting back in touch but they are struggling with responses This is the exact wording they finally sent to me “You may send the aircraft, gimbal camera, RC and battery to the repair center”

Hi all Finally I'm sending back the Nano+ for repair (faulty gimbal) It's heading back to Germany as I'm in the UK. Do I just re package everyting and send it back how it was sold (i.e. bag, cables, charger etc) or just the drone, controller and batteries? Thanks

Hi Ianodp I'm in the UK and bought one from China in Jan. It arrived within 2 weeks. FAB bit of kit once I get the gimbal fixed which sometimes works/doesnt

I have the same issue as in Detritalgeo's video. Mine's never worked out of the box. I restart, change start sequence, change batteries and eventually the gimbal will start working at which point i've lost interest in flying Waiting for a response/fix from Autel. I've e mailed the EU support...

Any issues at all. Im in the UK and mine has serious gimbal issues when starting up. After initialisation, the gimbal stops working Ive e mailed Autel and sent video but I'm not an "influencer" so I expect repsonse maye be slow

So what do you do now? Can you get in touch with Autel direct? Doesn't sound good

Hello Just updated firmaware and app and I seem to get the same problem each time I start up The gimbal moves around and then settles as normal, the app shows the start up process and says the gimbal is self checking but once done, there is no movement or mechanics at all powering the gimbal...
