There's the identical problem with another manufacturer's Quadcopter and Samsung Galaxy Phones/tablets. There's a workaround which involves putting the device into Developer mode. Clear instructions at the link below. It worked for me. Samsung Tab S2-8 Connect Work Around for the P4P
