My Autel Care ran out without notice. I'm a bit surprised that I didn't get an email that my plan was running out since it would give them another chance to violate my bank account for another $800+. I was auditing my expenses from last year to this year and saw the payment from last June...

Just before and after the purchase of my EVO Max 4T I was able to speak with Autel Support and they were fairly available throughout the day. They no longer answer the phone and there is no longer a chat rep available that I have seen at various times throughout the day. I've had some nagging...

I also wonder this, as I BOUGHT THIS DRONE on the basis that it had everything that was advertised... put it on my company website, business cards etc...

Yup waiting on a response via email. I havent been able to reach the Enterprise hotline since just before the 8/23/23 firmware update. I did receive an automated response that they're looking into it tho. ;)

If that were the case I would have been flying at 820'. ;-/. MSL was around 700' according to separate GPS and topo maps of my locale.

EVO Max 4T on screen MSL altitude is off by 120' according to 3 other GPS devices and USGS Topographical maps. Why is this? I calibrated compass and IMU also.

It seemed to do good with an image that I tested it with. I'm pleased. The polygon mission flew without a hitch as well!

Your issue is addressed in the new firmware update as of 8/23/2023. Press the "More" menu button, then "Settings", then "Transmission" and select your "Transmission Freq. Band"

I wasn't able to use the Autel radiometric tool but the images can be saved/viewed as a jpeg.

I would think after a few 30-40 minute flights or stationary trials, your cap would charge up.

Mine worked but maybe since yours sat a while, the capacitor discharged?

I'm grasping for small victories at this point brother😉 I've set up missions before the update with good success, but very tedious to map...even a 40 acre field. It processed pretty good in Autel Mapper, now to be able to deliver it to a client!?!?

Agreed...I haven't dove into the SDK realm, but sounds interesting...I'm hoping for some useable thermal tool as well for industrial inspections..
