It doesn't depend on distance. It usually happens first when the drone takes off, then randomly at any distance. Yesterday it happened even after the drone has landed and I was in the process of transferring the photos.

I mean, I've been prompted by the app to upgrade the firmware, which I've tried, but I keep getting errors, such as device disconnected, etc.

I'm using an iPhone. I've tried to upgrade through the app, but I kept getting errors. Essentially, I would like to upgrade the firmware upgrade directly t the SD card and install it manually.

I received my Nano+ drone today. I have downloaded the app from App Store, using my iPhone 14 pro device. However, the drone simply won't connect. There is no error message, only an "RC disconnected" label, and if I'm following the wizard or whatever, it's stuck when I'm supposed to wait 15...
