Ok so I finally heard back from Autel and Autel pilot (where I ordered it from). Autel sent a link for the beta for the newest iOS app version. And Autel pilot sent a link to roll back the firmware to 1.8.5. I went with the iOS app beta and that worked. My guess is that either would work for now.

@skypie did you figure it out. I have a brand new nano + doing the same thing.

Hello, I just got a brand new NANO+ from autelpilot.com. And it will not take off. When I try the takeoff sequence the rotors spin up for a second then stop. I get no errors or alerts. I tried emailing Autel and autelpilot with no answers. The firmwares say up to date. Any help would be greatly...
