OK, thanks for the replies. Now sorted. I downloaded the Sky app to an Ipad Air with no cellular provision, and that worked OK. So I now know that plain WiFi only should work. I checked the app permissions and made sure all were enabled. I even deleted and re-installed the app several times...

Hi, just trying a Freewell ND filter on my Nano+. When the gimbal cover is refitted, the gimbal rubber ring mounts are more squashed than without the filter. What do pilots do on here…remove the filter or leave it attached? Does leaving it on affect the life of the gimbal dampers?…..thanks

Agree. I tried to move it, without applying too much force, also looking for a catch somewhere on the remote too. Autel support kept sending me unboxing videos. I don't think they grasped my question. I also sent them pictures from their website showing the tilt, andd just got an answer back...
