The guy says also the reception is really bad ....he lives in area where lots wifi and cannot get out of neighborhood without losing signal...wow...9km range....the problem with signal is that in city you need 5.8ghz and country 2.4ghz if you want to do range and evo 2 and 1 doesn’t have 5.8ghz...

So glad I didn’t buy, same cheap rc antennas, tilted horizon and weak signal in the city!

By the way just talked to Autel for new remote controler and it is the same remote controler for the evo1 and the evo2 just different firmware in the controler....lol will not buy the evo2 that’s for sure

Ok talk to Autel and if the rc already have the latest firmware it will not unpack the file

I did it an nothing is happening....maybe because on my old controler it as already the latest firmware ... maybe try it out on your side with same firmware as the one installed now to see but for me nothing happened.

Wayne do you just insert the microsd card reader and start the remote or you have to pair at the same time because I tried with my old controler and nothing happened but the old controler have the latest firmware already but like I say nothing happened.

I have a microsd card reader that as a USB end is that ok

How do you do this? Usually to update the firmware with the micro sd card you need to put the micro sd card in the drone and you have to be bind?

Buyers of Evo 2 beware.....the antennas are very weak on the remote control also the fan doesn't last in longevity and some rc doesn't charge properly. I just ended up changing mine on my Evo 1 because it as problem charging sometimes and the antennas broke and the fan quit on me. All these...

Problem fixed remote fan dead and remote won’t charge anymore .....bought new remote cause not under warranty since long time.

Anybody else as this problem?

Are you shure it as nothing to do with the fan not 100% in place inside the rc

Did you ever opened your rc to look at it? How come the unit propeller could presses on the bearing? I am trying to understand? And Men that rc is cheaply made....first my antennas hinges cracked with times and now the fan wow longevity on the Evo!
