Autel Service has destroyed any respect I may have had for their products

One thing I've learned in life, the more complex things become, the more chance for failure. Me, I'm a KISS person. Don't need or want all the fancy, latest stuff that is prone to failure and added expense. For me, drones are just for enjoyment, nothing more.

The old Autel Evo still shining after brushing off some dust.

Fly my EVO all the time with zero issues. Never had any either. I read about all the issues on here but yet none for me. Keep flying... Merry Christmas.

I have an EVO first generation and have had no issues with it but then all it does is recreational flying and crop and field management. Will say that Autel makes a fantastic OBD scanner. I have one.

    I have to say...

Don't have a battery issue with mine as it's powered by the OBD port. Mine only uses a minimal amount of power from it's on board Li-Ion battery to preserve the non volatile internal memory.

    I have to say...

That Autel makes a very competent OBS scan tool. I have one and while it isn't cheap, it's very competent in diagnosing issues in late model vehicles with electronic controls. The one I own even suggests what components need replacing and covers all engine and fuel management components as...

Police drone looks for nude and topless sunbathers at Twin Cities beach

Works for me actually. People drive like idiots here.

Police drone looks for nude and topless sunbathers at Twin Cities beach

If I want to sunbathe in the buff, I do it on my own property (I live in a rural area anyway). Not that I would anyway, I have a scary body as it is...

What is the skinny on the Canadian flight rules?

I'm glad you exhibit common sense. Lots of people today lack that benefit (common sense).

What is the skinny on the Canadian flight rules?

I read on another site that obtaining the pilot's license is quite difficult. Not that I live there because I don't but I wasn't aware of the regs either other than what I read,

What is the skinny on the Canadian flight rules?

I surmised as much. If you distill facts from fiction today, the facts might fill a coffee cup. The fiction fills a gallon jug.

What is the skinny on the Canadian flight rules?

What is the skinny of Canadian Flight rules? I keep reading snippets about rule changes that impact the hobby adversely? Not that it's germane to me as I'll never fly there (though I do live close). Fact or fiction? Curious

Lots of snitches and people who need to mind their own business that don't today but then any FAA agent can peruse You Tube and initiate an investigation without any ancillary input as it is a public viewed medium which is why I never post anything anywhere (Face book, Twitter, You Tube, Tumbler...

I wont do it but what if

Would I with the EVO? Simple answer is no. Do I fly indoors... Yes, but not with the EVO. I use my DJI Tello instead. One, it's a pocket drone and 2 it's easy to maneuver indoors and it has FPV as well. One time I flew it down the hall and into the bedroom where my wife was snoozing on the...

I can only take so much of that horrible music,.....about 30 seconds worth is all I can stomach.

YouTuber Drone Pilot Fined $182,000 (Phillydronelife)

I find it arcanely interesting, the clown purports himself to be on welfare (government assistance) but can afford a drone. Obvious to me his priorities are misplaced. Wonder if a Bridge Card is acceptable payment for a drone?
