My tilted horizon is fixed in both latest beta and latest official firmware. I did have to recalibrate the gimbal which took a supringly long time. And I made sure the Evo was level when I recalibrated it.

I'm using the iOS app and don't see Precision Mode either. I think it is only available on the Beta Android app.

I agree with Best Buy being a valid option as that is where I purchased mine. On drones they do have a 15% restocking fee if you open the box and return it. I don't think there is a fee for exchange though if it is faulty. I had to sign a statement of understanding with them at purchase.

Mine was jerky until the latest firmware. Not only is it smoother than before, there is an option to slow down the yaw speed further. I have mine set to 70% speed now.

You should check to make sure you have the latest firmware. There may be something wrong with your EVO or its calibrations. My EVO is really steady and doesn't bounce around at all. I previously had a Typhoon G and I feel the EVO is much better in the wind, especially landing.

My EVO manual says to discharge batteries to 7% once every three months or after the battery has been used for 20 consecutive charges. For my 2nd battery, I ran the complete firmware update again but only the battery portion installed and the rest was skipped since all other pieces were up to...

The EVO batteries will automatically discharge themselves based on a setting in the app. I believe the default is 6 days until discharge occurs and it will discharge down to 70%, which is apparently a safe level to leave for storage.

I have tried a 64 gig card with exFAT (taken from my Typhoon G) and it worked fine. FAT32 also works fine in EVO for me.

So my first few flights on the new firmware showed smoother yaw control. I had some instances of the horizon not staying level through 360 yaw, but I was unable to launch from a level location today so I'm hoping the drone just didn't know what level camera really was. I'm likely to test more...
