100% I would love to be able to plan my flights on PC, save the missions, and upload to the RC. It would greatly simplify my life.

My issue was I missed a firmware update that had come out in January (I think) that allowed communication with the Live Deck. Then, yes with the cable connected, it worked perfectly.

Not sure if it was mentioned in the last 15 pages, but the most important upgrade that I could use all the time would be a virtual hard deck. That can be turned off in the settings during the flight and also be automatically turned off with the RTH button. I wouldn't want it to be just a button...

Does this "cast" the screen as it appears (showing all the flight data, etc) or does it just send the video data?

Are you leaving it on the charger when you do this?
