I wish I saved the YouTube video of the person that gave this idea. This may have been discussed before but it’s such an inexpensive & ingenious way of attaching a lanyard to your Autel Nano+ remote controller!

All this aside, I don’t know that they can improve on the Nano+’s night capture capabilities any more than it is capable of now. Not even my Mavic 3 can compare when it comes to CLARITY & DETAIL!!!

You can move the the drone around to different vantage points to get the best exposure the next time :)

Looks a little overexposed. Did you try autofocusing to get the best result?

I’ve owned DJI’s Mavic 2 Pro, Mini 2, Mavic 3 & now a Nano+ since January 2022, and I can honestly say that in AUTO mode at night, it is the clearest, best color-balanced video I have ever taken out of all these drones! And the attached photo was taken in 26mph winds.

I got my 2nd Nano+ in March 2022 after I crashed my 1st one. Motors seem to be much stronger & I was actually able to fly back home in 33mph wind albeit very slowly. I, like the OP, use my Nano+ exclusively at night where this drone shines! A lot of DJI fanboy reviewers always complain about...

Are all of these incidents with your Nano+ dropping out of the sky, is this with the latest firmware? I haven’t updated mine & have had no such problems, including interrupting RTH.

I flew up to 1.7km over a university with no breakups or disconnects!

Video quality @ 4K30 almost rivals that of my Mavic 3. I do notice that the Micro 4/3 sensor on the M3 does allow more light in, but not by much. Unlike in the USA, the 250g restrictions play a role & that’s why I picked the Nano+, otherwise the Lite+ would’ve been a no-brainer! A few quirks...
